| Review: Be aware about this hosting company. looks very attractive, but you may loose than you gain. they charged my paypal account for three months, and after that told me that employee whose paypal account was used has left the company (who knows?) and I need to pay the money again. |

| Review: We've been using another hosting company for a while now for coldfusion. Then we came across winlogical which at the rate they offered was incredible would be saving lots of money with unlimited domains and everything else they offer. We started out by them not knowing how to setup Microsoft Access database and the datasource on their server. That took several days until they figured out how. Then it was the email that wasn't working right. We registered a domain with them but they never sent us the info to manage it ourselves, and when we needed to change some dns settings we contacted them. They tell us they don't have the information that we should have had it. They said they'll look for it and never replied back for 2 days, i finally put in another ticket which they didn't really back to. I then eput in a third one after 4 days, they said they'll change the settings themselves (they never did) we figured out another way of changing it through the company who they registered the domain. In the beginning they answered pretty quickly within several hours. Now I don't get a reply to a ticket for several days. Looking for new reseller hosting account. |
